Besides that, individuals included in decision making can contribute and lead to a better decision. And on top of that, people who participated in decision making process will be more adaptive and creative during the implementation, because they will know and feel the very nature of the decision. The last one if about writing things down and asking for comments. This method is widely practiced in Amazon. Its advantage is in letting people to take their time and provide better quality questions and responses. Its disadvantage is a need of perfect writing skills, where the messages don’t get misinterpreted. When communicating using voice and body language, we send more information and leave less room for misinterpretation. Another disadvantage is that this method does not ensure a participation of everyone. If someone is disengaged, nobody will notice.
